Accessibility

The Regent Theatre is fully compliant with Ontario’s accessibility laws and standards.
In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are fully committed to creating an environment where all patrons can feel safe and protected from potential health risks. For those who remain unable to access our facilities in-person, we have implemented a live-stream broadcast system for viewing at home, ensuring that our amazing programming is not missed by anyone.

For in-person attendance:

  • Ample barrier-free space is located at the back of the theatre in our accessible Terrace to accommodate wheelchairs and those accompanying.
  • Our front doors are equipped with an automated door opener, and both our Concession area and Box Office are barrier-free.
  • The Regent Theatre provides Assisted Hearing Devices, which can be signed out at the concession.  Booster seats are also available.
  • A first aid kit is located behind the concession.A first aid kit is located behind the concession.
