OUR VENUE
As a rental location, we cannot be outdone. We're located at the heart of Picton’s historic Main Street, near many restaurants and across from the soon to be completed Royal Hotel. The Regent Theatre hosts hundreds of events a year. We offer far more than just a stage to our community.
In addition to our heritage auditorium, we offer a variety of other spaces and services to meet the diverse needs of Prince Edward County residents and tourists alike.
From the newly designed lobby bar to a VIP guest lounge, rehearsal space, office facilities and events space, we aim to meet the needs of our community and patrons with consideration.

Rate Sheet (2023)
A 415 seat theatre, with a proscenium arch and fixed seating for live events or film screenings.
The auditorium boasts a level terrace appointed with 26 accessible seating spaces.
Note: The stage may be rented separately from the auditorium to accommodate meetings or events.
A flexible meeting space with a 60 person capacity, equipped with a projection screen for use as meeting space or VIP seating during performances, with an adjoining kitchenette and washroom.
Note: This space is only accessible by stairs.
A spacious vintage dressing room with washroom facilities, accessible from rear parking lot, is also available for use as a rehearsal space when no performances are happening.

We are actively pursuing out-of-the-box ways for the community to use our spaces so if you’ve got an idea, we’re all ears!
We have professional grade camera, audio and streaming equipment available for rent.
We offer discounts for not-for-profit groups.
