We
hope you
have had the opportunity to enjoy some of the
arts and entertainment available to you at the Regent Theatre. From
first run
movies to on stage music, drama and comedy, there have been a variety
of live events
year-round for the whole family over the year.
We
are counting
on your 2008 membership to help continue the
success of the Regent Theatre as it contributes to the arts, culture
and
economy of Prince Edward County. This year we are pleased to be a
participant
in the Ontario Arts Foundation’s Endowment Fund Program. The Ontario
Arts
Foundation will match the donation amount of the membership fee
doubling the value of your contribution.
To
take advantage of this opportunity and appeal to you to consider
purchasing a membership now, we would like to offer you a $10 reduction
in your
annual membership fee, if we receive your membership application
between now to December 31, 2007. This will be a win/win for both the
Regent Theatre and you.
The
2008
membership form and outline of membership benefits are outlined below.
You will note that the basic membership begins at $50, unchanged from
2007. You would pay just $40, a savings for you and a bonus for the
Regent Theatre's Endowment Fund.
Your
contribution is the "lifeline" for the Regent Theatre, helping to pay
for day-to-day theatre operations, maintenance and repairs on our
historic building, staffing and box office services and much more.
