Renting the Regent Theatre, George Cook Member Lounge or Meeting Room for your event involves a specific
process. These guidelines are intended to make the rental process simple
and easy to follow.
Outline of the Rental Policy and Procedures

26 to inquire about the availability of the Theatre or meeting
rooms.
When availability has been established a
temporary booking will be made and the date confirmed.
You will receive an email or letter of
confirmation and a Technical Requirement Schedule.
Please complete and return the Technical
Requirement Schedule within 10 business days of the receipt of
confirmation. If you have questions while you are completing
this form, need advice or clarification, please contact the
General Manager.
An estimate and contract is prepared based on
the information provided on the Technical Requirement Schedule.
An approved copy will be mailed back with the contract.
The contract must be signed and returned
within 30 days of receipt, along with the deposit (50% of Basic
Daily Rate). Failure to do so may mean the cancellation of your
date.
Rental of the Theatre Includes:
8 hour occupancy.
1 house technician.
Display window and portion of outside Billboard is available.
Box Office Services and staffing.
Listing on website and seasonal brochures whenever possible
Rental of the George Cook Member Lounge
